Some 46 attendees enjoyed the Oct. 31 Timpro webinar at Sessions Woods, Burlington, Connecticut that covered three major topics:

Mitzi Sackett, (above right) Northeast Center for Occupational Health and Safety, addressed “Logging for Life.”

Nick Zito, Ct-DEEP,(above left)  talked about “Wetlands and Forestry: A How-to on Rulings, Permits, and More.”

Dave Beers, Ct-DEEP, led on an in-class and field session: “Hands-On Mapping with Avenza.”

In addition, Timpro president Pro-Tem Henry Gundlach showed videos illustrating the work of the American Loggers Council which Timpro has joined.

Attendees enjoyed the hands-on Avenza experience (far right) and learned a lot about important issues.
