Since its founding in 2007, The Connecticut Timber Products Organization has worked tirelessly to represent the interests not just of our state but also of the regional and national industry.

We show up every year at Ag Day in Hartford (near left) to meet with state legislators. We attend the American Loggers Council Fly-In (below) to Washington, DC where we meet Congressional legislators.  At both events we educate our representative about our issues and advocate for our needs. Our members serve on the Board of the Northeastern Loggers Association to promote regional needs.

And looking to the future of our industry, we speak at student career events such as the one at Shepaug (upper left) and teach at Envirothons (right) .
